The VMS nationwide consultancy service provides independent audit and reporting on the management and performance of CCTV systems in accordance with BS 7958:2002 parts 4.4 and 4.5. and the clients CCTV Policy Document.

Subject Right of Access Editing

The Data Protection Act makes provision for individuals to obtain images of themselves captured and stored by CCTV schemes, subject to certain conditions access to this data is the legal right of the individual. Only images of the individual making the application are allowed, if recognisable third party images are displayed these must be masked before the recording is made available to the applicant.

VMS provide a digital masking service to compliment their established Subject Right of Access application and media pack.
 
Evidence Presentation Editing
